…until the due date that is. I can’t even believe it. I feel like I’m going to explode in anticipation! This week I packed up a bunch of itty bitty cutie clothes into a duffel bag just in case baby bobo comes early.
We want to take a moment to thank all of our friends and family who have been standing with us in this time. Your support, prayers, gifts, hugs, love, financial giving, advice, comfort, excitement, blog-following… you’ve blessed us so much! We really appreciate knowing that we are not alone in this journey and that so many love us. Without y’all this would literally not be possible- both financially & emotionally. We are so grateful!
Please continue to pray for us during this (hopefully) final stretch. Pray for us to continue to keep our hearts open as we wait. Pray for the birthmom as she prepares for delivery: that it would be safe and quick. Pray for her as she faces the inevitable grief that will come. Pray for us to know how to love her well and as we balance the difficulty of her situation with the joy of becoming parents. Pray for God’s best for this little one. Thanks!

I pray for you often… baby bobo will be so blessed. You will make great parents. My goodness Kara, I don’t know much about Jason, but if his parents are anything like YOUR parents, I don’t know how you could go wrong! You had such AWESOME examples to learn from. I still remember the “I Love You” game you guys used to play with the cards that said I love you on them… hiding them around your house. We actually do that now with the boys… well BOY, Jacks is still a little young. Come on Bobo!

My baby seester is going to be a Mommy – eeeeeeeee! What, you have a duffel bag packed? You are so far ahead of the game :) Even though I chat with you often, your posts are so fun to read. I can hear your voice in my head, your excitement, your nerves… and your amazing love and thoughtfulness for others. I always appreciate the thoughts and concerns you have for baby bobo’s birthmom and your never ending appreciation for the gift she plans to give your family. I love you guys! (As the date gets closer you can expect the mushy/sentimental factor to continue to increase!)
